This Neoclassical Biedermeier console table, made with walnut veneer and ebonized wood, is from South Germany, circa 1820. Classic, straight and unadorned neoclassicist Biedermeier console. It stands on four columns, with a rectangular base. Walnut veneered on softwood, shellac hand-polished (French Polish).
It also has ebonized columns and plates. The front columns also have walnut veneer capitals and bases.
