This elegant 19th Century Fine Biedermeier Cherry Table. Vienna crafted in Austria around 1830, is a fine example of the sophistication and timeless elegance that defines early 19th-century Viennese design.
Beautifully veneered in cherry, the table features a striking amber-toned patina developed over two centuries. Its refined silhouette is supported by three elegantly ebonized columns, resting on a sculptural three-sided base—an uncommon and highly decorative design element typical of the finest Biedermeier craftsmanship.
Cherry wood was rarely used in Biedermeier furniture, accounting for only about 10% of total production, making this piece both rare and highly collectible.
