Antique Biedermeier Library Cabinet
This unique antique Biedermeier library cabinet dates back to the early Biedermeier period 1810-20 and comes from Germany. It features a mahogany and walnut veneer on softwood. The two doors are framed by columns with their original brass capitals and bases. The original glass windows are decorated with a beautiful, geometric open wood decor. Two of the original windows have a crack. The inside has 6 shelves. (3 larger ones and 3 narrower ones). The Biedermeier bookcase is in very good refinished condition.
