Outstanding Original Biedermeier Accent Table, Munich, 1810–1820
This rare Biedermeier accent table originates from Munich between 1810 and 1820 and represents the timeless elegance of early 19th century European furniture. Crafted with a refined cherry wood veneer, the piece radiates warmth and sophistication, making it ideal as both a collector’s item and a stylish antique accent table.
The ingeniously designed top is divided into three sections. The central flap opens first to reveal five small compartments and a charming flip-out pin cushion. On each side, four additional compartments offer practical storage—perfect for sewing accessories, jewelry, or other treasures.
Supported by a graceful curved cross-leg base, this table reflects the clean, balanced lines typical of Biedermeier design. Professionally refinished, it remains in very good condition with its historical character beautifully preserved.
This Biedermeier treasure works as a functional work table, a conversation piece in a living room, or an elegant antique side table.
