French Empire Credenza, early 19th century

This classic French Empire credenza or sideboard’s sleek design makes it the perfect piece for an elegant dining room setting. The mahogany veneer on front and sides stands out for its beautiful natural wood grain. Additionally, the Empire sideboard is embellished with two columns decorated with delicately engraved brass capitals and bases. Behind the two doors is one shelf. Above the doors are two drawers which could be used for silverware. Furthermore, the black fossil granite top gives you the possibility to put hot plates or pots on the credenza without risking any damage to the wood.
