18th century Baroque Secretaire, South German 1760
The 18th century Baroque secretaire comes from South Germany, probably the Lake of Constance region and dates back to circa 1750-1760. The elaborate shaped secretairy desk has a beautiful walnut, elmwood and mahogany veneer and marquetry and is partly ebonized.
Behind the fall front are six drawers and six open compartments as well as one secret compartment.
The secretaire is in excellent condition and measures H: 44.1 in., W: 50.01 in., D: 23.63 in. It ships from Germany and includes shipping costs to Boston.
