This elegant Biedermeier walnut chest of drawers dates to circa 1810–1820. Its restrained design and beautifully figured walnut give the chest a refined Neoclassical character.
The chest features three spacious drawers and beautifully matched walnut veneer. The dramatic grain creates a symmetrical pattern across the façade and continues across the top and sides. A brass rim elegantly frames the shaped top, while geometric brass handles and shield-shaped escutcheons add further contrast. Tapered legs complete the restrained architectural silhouette.
