Five Drawer Biedermeier Chiffonier in Cherry Veneer – South Germany, c.1820
This piece dates to around 1820 and comes from South Germany. It features clean lines and refined craftsmanship, true to the Biedermeier aesthetic.
The body showcases book-matched cherry veneer on softwood and solid cherry. Ebonized diamond escutcheons and contrasting trims add elegant visual detail.
Each of the five drawers includes a functioning lock and original key. The surface has been hand-polished with shellac, enhancing the rich tone and grain.

Upon inspection, if you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller.
