Louis XV Secretary Desk, France 1760
This gorgeous Louis XV Secretary desk dates back to around 1750-60 and was made in France. The secretaire de dame has a kingwood veneer and a very pretty marquetry with a diamond shape decor on the outside of the writing flap. The writing surface is covered with green leather. The inside of the writing compartment has 5 drawers and an open compartment. Additionally there are two drawers on the outside.
