Mahogany Biedermeier Sewing Table, North Germany 1820
Original 19th century Mahogany Biedermeier sewing table.
This unique table derives from Northern Germany. The locking, hinged lid raises to reveal nine compartments, the lid of the central compartment is decorated with beautiful flower marquetry in satinwood.
Underneath is a red velvet compartment for wool. The Biedermeier sewing table comes refinished but shows traces of age on the red velvet.
It measures Height: 20.08 in. (51 cm), Diameter: 17.92 in. (45.5 cm).

Items are typically delivered within 2 weeks of the purchase date.

On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for full cost of return packing & shipping.
The items are insured during the shipping process and the shipper’s insurance will cover the cost for any damage which was caused by the shipper during the shipping process.

All sales are final once buyer or buyer’s agent takes possession of an item.
Upon inspection, if you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller.
Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final.
