Neoclassical Dining Table, South Germany 1820
This exquisite Neoclassical antique dining table dates back to 1820 and comes from the Southern part of Germany, probably from Munich.
The round table has a very pretty walnut veneer grain on top and base. Additionally it is decorated with geometric yew inlays on top and base. The apron has two small drawers on each side, a great place to store napkins.
This gorgeous table would be a unique addition to any dining room. Combine it with modern chairs for a more eclectic look, or use 19th century Biedermeier walnut chairs to create a more traditional look.
The dining table is as much a work of art as is it a functional furniture piece.
