This original LC2 “Petit Confort” armchair is a timeless Modernist design classic, originally created in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, and Pierre Jeanneret. This particular piece, produced by Cassina in the 1960s, is an early edition and features an engraved serial number on the chromed tubular steel frame, marking its authenticity and collectibility.
The black leather upholstery has developed a beautiful patina, enhancing its vintage appeal. Most of the original Cassina cushions remain intact, with only the middle bottom cushion replaced.
