A beautiful antique Swedish Mora clock from the 19th century, featuring a rich burgundy painted finish and the classic sculptural silhouette associated with traditional Swedish longcase clocks.
The case has a generously curved belly-shaped body, decorative detailing, and a carved pedestal base. The original enamel face is particularly attractive, with an unusual small seconds dial and some enamel loss consistent with age.
The clock retains its original mechanism and pendulum and is sold as a decorative piece, with the movement not guaranteed to be in working order. A professional battery movement or chiming mechanism can be fitted upon request.
The painted wooden case shows authentic age-related wear, distressing, and movement, adding to its wonderful character and patina.

Items are typically delivered within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
