18th century Louis XVI cylinder desk, Switzerland , Lake Constance Region 1780.

Body on high square feet, two drawer substructure, extendable desk, the inside with central compartment with hinged door and a total of 4 drawers. The top with evolving open work gallery. Walnut veneer on oak with partially ebonized cord bands. The base with toothed molding. Original brass fittings with lions. In good original condition. The desk will be shipped from Germany. Shipping costs to Boston are included. Shipping within the US can be arranged.
