Danish Biedermeier Table, Denmark, circa 1820
This elegant Danish Biedermeier table from around 1820 showcases the refined proportions and exceptional craftsmanship that define the Biedermeier period. Crafted with beautifully figured mahogany veneer, the table features warm, richly patterned wood that is enhanced by a traditional hand-applied shellac polish, bringing out the depth and natural character of the mahogany.
