Large Oak Wardrobe with Secretary Desk by Guillerme et Chambron, France, 1970s–1980s
Large wardrobe by Guillerme et Chambron, crafted in natural light oak and produced in France during the 1970s–1980s.
The cabinet combines generous storage with an integrated writing desk. Two doors on the right open to four interior shelves. The left section features a secretary desk with an open niche, a drop-down writing surface, and four drawers. A wooden support holds the writing flap when open.
Ceramic inserts by Boleslaw Danikowski decorate the door handles, adding one of the signature details associated with Guillerme et Chambron’s work.
With its warm oak construction and highly functional layout, this piece works equally well as a wardrobe, secretary, or multifunctional storage cabinet.
