A stunning set of 4 Biedermeier balloon chairs from Franconia, Germany, dating to around 1825. These elegant antique dining chairs are crafted in walnut veneer on beech and oak, arranged in beautiful mirror-image patterns. Solid walnut, curved square legs provide a refined and stable base.
The chairs feature two ebonized, convex full columns as a distinctive decorative element on the backrests—an iconic detail of German Biedermeier design.
Newly upholstered in dark brown suede, these chairs offer excellent seating comfort while preserving their timeless aesthetic. The wood is in an old restored condition, showcasing the craftsmanship and history of early 19th-century furniture.

The items are insured during the shipping process and the shipper’s insurance will cover the cost for any damage caused by the shipper during the shipping process.
