This unique antique Swedish Biedermeier chest of drawers dates back to 1840, to the late phase of the Biedermeier style. The curved profile of the drawers is the special feature of this pretty chest. It is decorated with elm veneer. The brass fittings are later. The The commode is professionally refinished and French polished. The base has a beautiful cut out profile.
The three drawers offer a nice amount of storage space for this relatively small dresser. It would be great piece for a small entryway for example.
