18th Century Italian Louis XV Walnut Commode or Chest of Drawers
An important and rare walnut commode from the period of Louis XV, 1750. On the front, three large and useful drawers. Characterized by front of the drawers with relief decorations hand carved in solid walnut wood. High quality cabinetry whose characteristics are to be located in the northern Italy area, precisely in the Liguria region. Characterized by a wavy line of the top and drawers. The commode showcases a very simple and refined light walnut wood tone. The pendant handles are in gilt bronze. Due to its small size, the commode is perfect for embellishing even small rooms. In the 18th century only important families could afford to have furniture of this value. This chest of drawers comes from an important and historic northern Italian family. In perfect antique condition, restored, ready to place in your beautiful home.

All sales are final once buyer or buyer’s agent takes possession of an item.
Upon inspection, if you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller.
