Erik Buch Dining Chairs – Rare Set of 8 Mid Century Modern Chairs by Erik Buch for Nova Stolefabrik
This rare set of 8 Erik Buch dining chairs was designed by Erik Buch for Nova Stolefabrik in the 1960s. These exceptional chairs are classic mid-century modern (MCM) pieces, showcasing the elegance and craftsmanship of the era. The teak-colored wood stained beech frames and vintage blue upholstery give the chairs a timeless appeal, making them an outstanding addition to any dining room.
Dimensions:
- Height: 80 cm (31.5 inches)
- Width: 50 cm (19.7 inches)
- Depth: 50 cm (19.7 inches)
The elegant frame and legs, with distinctive rounded edges, reflect a high level of craftsmanship. Over time, the beech frames will develop a deeper, lustrous finish when refinished, adding further character to the chairs.
While the fabric currently shows signs of wear and marks of use, you can personalize the chairs by reupholstering them with your choice of fabric. We offer reupholstery services at an additional cost, and we will also wax and restore the frames to enhance their lustrous finish before shipping.
Important Notes:
- The photos show the chairs before they have been rewaxed. Once refinished, the frames will acquire a deeper lustre, which may slightly alter the color. The images are taken in studio lighting, and the color may vary depending on the lighting conditions due to the reflective quality of the finish.
- Finding a set like this is rare, and we are pleased to offer it to you.
These Erik Buch dining chairs are not only functional but also embody the elegance of mid-century modern design, making them a perfect addition to any contemporary or classic home.
