Set of Four Biedermeier Ballon Chairs, Ash Veneer, Grey Velvet, Vienna, circa 1900

Ash veneered and solid, inlaid with bog oak and mahogany. Wonderful, balloon-like shape of the backrest. Restored condition with shellac hand polish (French polish). Second Biedermeier, built around 1900 in the style of early Biedermeier (circa 1820-40). Newly upholstered in traditional method withbrown-gray velvet by JAB with surrounding double keder. Great seating comfort.

Upon inspection, if you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller.
